Bookkeepers, accountants and advisers see how small firms quote and invoice better than anyone. When a firm you introduce pays for Psalm, we pay you 30% of what it pays us, every month, for as long as it stays a customer.

What your clients get

From the first quote to a tidy file for the books

Quotes from their own price list that their customer accepts on a phone, a deposit paid by card through their own payment link, a proper UK VAT invoice made from the quote without retyping, and a Xero or QuickBooks file each month so the books reach you tidy.

Psalm is free for one person for ever. Paid plans start at £39 a month for up to three people.

How it works

Four steps, and no target

  1. Ask for your link

    Write to info@psalmcrm.com (or reply, if we wrote to you first) and we send you your own link.

  2. The business is yours

    A business that signs up through your link is yours. If a client forgot to use it, tell us within 30 days of their sign-up and we will add them to your account.

  3. Paid every month

    Each month we pay you 30% of what your businesses paid us in the month before, after any refunds. We pay by bank transfer by the 15th and send a statement listing each business and each amount.

  4. For as long as they pay

    It continues for as long as each business pays. There is no target, no minimum and no fee.

The terms

The small print, kept short

  • You never see your clients' Psalm data, and we never share it with you.
  • Please do not send unsolicited emails in Psalm's name or present yourself as Psalm. If that happens, we stop paying for new introductions.
  • If you are registered for VAT, send us a VAT invoice for each payment. Jordan Labs Ltd is not registered for VAT, so our prices include everything.
  • Either of us can end the arrangement by email. Commission on businesses you introduced before the end continues for as long as they pay, unless it ended because of a breach of the point about emails in Psalm's name.
  • Psalm is made by Jordan Labs Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 17358646.
