Is Psalm charged per user?
No. You pay one price for the whole company. Each plan includes a number of
people, and you move up a plan when you outgrow it. Adding your salesman, your
accountant and your site supervisor costs you nothing extra, which is the point:
software priced per head quietly encourages you to keep people off it.
What happens when the free trial ends?
Nothing is charged automatically, because we never take a card to start. Fourteen
days in, you choose a plan. If you do nothing, your workspace pauses rather than
disappears, your data stays exactly where it is, and you can still sign in and
export it. Pick a plan later and everything is waiting.
Can I change plan or cancel?
Any time, from inside Psalm. Moving up takes effect immediately. Cancelling
leaves your workspace running to the end of the period you have already paid for,
and there is no exit fee and no phone call to sit through.
What does "your price is locked" mean?
The price you join at is the price you keep, for as long as you stay on that
plan. When we raise prices for new businesses, yours does not move. Early
businesses take a risk on us, and that is how we say thank you.
Why is Indian pricing not the pound price converted?
Because a converted price is the wrong price. Each market is priced for what
software is genuinely worth there. Indian pricing is set in rupees and billed
yearly in one payment, which is how most Indian businesses prefer to buy software.
Are there setup fees, or anything hidden?
None. Setup, importing your old data, every update, and support are included.
The only thing you can ever be asked to pay more for is additional AI tasks, and
only if you choose to add them.
Do I need a card to try it?
No. Fourteen days, no card, no sales call. Sign up, answer three questions about
your trade, and you are in.
How do I pay?
By card, securely through Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
Invoices for your own records arrive by email automatically.
